Preventing Hyperemesis Gravidarum: Four Women's Success Stories!

This is such an exciting time! Through my blog, I am blessed to hear of all the work that you wonderful mamas are doing to prevent severe pregnancy nausea and vomiting (hyperemesis gravidarum). There is such hope out there for sufferers of this condition!

Today I want to share with you four hyperemesis-prevention SUCCESS stories!

Story #1 comes from Michelle at Joy in the Morning. Michelle has done an amazing job fighting for a healthier pregnancy, and her work paid off. Here is her story:

The Post I Hoped I Would Write

Story #2 comes from Cathy over at Holy Temple Under Renovation. Cathy is using Trim Healthy Mama as a hormone-stabilizing diet, combined with other techniques, and her newest baby arrived in July. Check it out:

Pregnancy and Birth Update

Story #3 comes to us from Amy at Five Kinds of Happy. Her post is amazingly and wonderfully detailed, with full descriptions of the supplements and other techniques she used pre-conception. Don't miss this one:

Story #4 is from Zsuzsanna at Are They All Yours? Zsuzsanna has an amazing story - she suffered from repeat hyperemesis until she discovered and developed the probiotic method (read about it, part 1 and part 2), which led to several non-HG pregnancies. With her newest baby-on-the-way, she is down to only minor pregnancy nausea! And get this... she felt so good with her current pregnancy that she didn't find out she was expecting until she was eight weeks along. Wow!

Whole grains, folic acid, MTHFR, and morning sickness

And lastly, a list of morning sickness tips from Sherry at Mom Delights. Sherry is a mum to 15 wonderful kidlets (and she homeschools, too!), and she knows the ropes when it comes to morning sickness. Check it out:

Similarly, check out great tips from Amy at Raising Arrows:

I'm sure all of you out there who are researching for your HG-prevention protocols will love all of the wonderful information in these links.

Ladies, keep up the awesome work! There is hope, there is help, and you all are doing wonderful work that is such a blessing to the HG mamas of the world. From all of us, thank you!
